May 29
National Wear White At Work Day
On 29 May ‘Wear white at work’ and donate a gold coin to show your support for mental illness sufferers and families of suicide victims.

Each year, we have to come to terms with the suicide of thousands of fellow Australians (men, women and children). For those left behind by these tragedies, the hurt is unimaginable. The White Wreath Association provides 24-hour support for anyone who is in need by providing advocacy, assistance and support to both families and individuals who have been affected by a mental illness or suicide. Together we can continue to provide families and individuals with the support and care that they need in order to reduce suicide rates in Australia.

Wear White at Work — Suicide Awareness Australia Campaign
Unite for Hope and Awareness
The Wear White at Work campaign is a call to action across the country by White Wreath – a movement that encourages Australians to unite in support of suicide awareness. Just by wearing white to work, you send a compassionate, understanding, and remembering message to those in need.
White is the color that symbolizes purity, peace, and hope. Anyone who takes part helps to build a future where mental health conversations are normal, honest, and without stigma.
